蛍乃（以下「運営者」）は、iOSアプリ「MealCast」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

本アプリは、登録したメニュー（料理）と食材をもとに献立カレンダーを作成すると、次に何をいつ買えばよいかを計算し、買い物リストと通知でお知らせするアプリです。

1. 収集する情報

運営者は、本アプリを通じて利用者の個人情報を収集しません。

本アプリにはアカウント登録やログインの仕組みがなく、運営者はサーバーを運用していません。利用者が本アプリに入力した次の情報は、すべて利用者の端末内（アプリのローカルストレージ）にのみ保存され、運営者に送信されることはありません。

• メニュー（料理）と、その食材・分量
• 食材の情報（分類、単位、ストックの数量など）
• 献立カレンダーの内容
• 買い物リストのチェック状態
• 各種設定（通知の設定、表示言語など）

2. 情報の利用

上記の情報は、端末内で献立から買い物リストや通知の日時を計算するためだけに使われます。

また、本アプリは表示言語と日付・数値の表示形式を決めるために、端末の言語・地域の設定を端末内で読み取ります。この情報も外部に送信されません。

3. 第三者への提供

運営者は利用者の情報を取得しないため、第三者に提供・販売・共有することはありません。

本アプリには、アクセス解析、広告、トラッキングの機能はなく、データを外部に送信する第三者のSDKも組み込んでいません。ネイティブアプリのため、Cookieも使用しません。

4. 課金（サブスクリプション）

本アプリは、AppleのApp内課金による自動更新サブスクリプション（無料トライアル付きの年額プラン）を提供しています。

• 支払いと請求の処理はすべてAppleが行います。運営者がクレジットカードなどの支払い情報や、Apple IDに紐づく個人情報を受け取ることはありません。
• 本アプリは、機能を利用できるかどうかを判断するために、端末上でAppleのStoreKitを通じてサブスクリプションの状態を確認します。
• 解約は、iPhoneの「設定」アプリからApple IDのサブスクリプション管理画面で行えます。

5. 通知

本アプリの通知は、端末内で予約されるローカル通知です。プッシュ通知用のサーバーは使用していません。

通知を送るために、本アプリはiOSに通知の許可を求めます。許可するかどうかは利用者が選べ、あとからiPhoneの「設定」アプリでいつでも変更できます。

6. データの保存と削除

本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。

• 本アプリを削除すると、端末内の本アプリのデータも削除されます。
• 本アプリの「設定」にある「すべてのデータをリセット」から、アプリを削除せずにデータを消去することもできます。
• 端末のバックアップ（iCloudバックアップやコンピュータへのバックアップ）に本アプリのデータが含まれる場合があります。これらのバックアップはAppleのポリシーのもとで扱われ、運営者がアクセスすることはできません。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子どもを主な対象としたものではありません。ただし、本アプリは年齢にかかわらず、どの利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。

8. 改定

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページに掲載し、上部の施行日を更新してお知らせします。

This policy explains how MealCast (the "App"), an iOS app provided by Hono ("we", "us"), handles your information.

MealCast turns your meal plan into a shopping list. You add menus (recipes) and their ingredients, place them on a meal calendar, and the App works out what you need to buy and when, then reminds you.

Information we collect

We don't collect any personal information.

The App has no accounts, no sign-up and no login, and we don't run any servers. Everything you enter stays on your device, in the App's local storage, and is never sent to us. This includes:

• Your menus (recipes), with their ingredients and amounts
• Ingredient details, such as category, unit and stock quantities
• Your meal calendar
• Which shopping list items you've checked off
• Your settings, such as notification preferences and display language

How the App uses information

The information above is used only on your device, to calculate your shopping list and when to remind you.

The App also reads your device's language and region settings, on the device, to choose the display language and how dates and numbers are formatted. This isn't sent anywhere either.

Sharing with third parties

Since we don't receive your information, we don't share, sell or disclose it to anyone.

The App contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it doesn't include any third-party SDKs that send data off your device. As a native app, it doesn't use cookies.

Subscriptions and payments

MealCast offers an auto-renewable subscription (an annual plan with a free trial) through Apple's In-App Purchase.

• Apple handles all payment and billing. We never receive your payment card details or the personal information associated with your Apple ID.
• To decide which features are available, the App checks your subscription status on your device using Apple's StoreKit.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID's subscription settings in the iPhone Settings app.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. We don't use a push notification server.

The App asks iOS for permission to send notifications. Whether to allow them is up to you, and you can change this at any time in the iPhone Settings app.

Data storage and deletion

Your data is stored only on your device.

• Deleting the App removes its data from your device.
• You can also erase all data without deleting the App, using "Reset all data" in the App's Settings.
• Your device's own backups (iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer) may include the App's data. Those backups are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; we have no access to them.

Children's privacy

MealCast is not specifically directed at children. Regardless of age, the App does not collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
